Most pest control sites were built to look like a brochure. A homeowner arrives with a specific problem and five specific questions, and a brochure answers none of them. We build sites around what customers actually need to know before they will call a stranger about their house.
Answer five questions before the visitor decides whether to call. Can I trust this company. Do they handle my pest problem. Do they cover my address. How do I get help. What happens after I reach out.
Everything else on a website is decoration around those five. A site that answers them clearly, loads fast on a phone, and makes the next step obvious will outperform a better-looking site that does not, every time.
The build is $3,500 for ten pages with on-page setup included, then $300 per page after that. SEO plans are sold separately and are not required. See the full breakdown.
A better-looking homepage will not fix missing service pages, no location coverage, copy that never answers a question, or a contact path that leaks.
So we start with the business rather than the palette: which services you want to sell, which markets you want to reach, what your customers ask before they book, and what actually happens after someone fills in a form. The design follows from that. It is not the starting point.
A page per priority service and per priority market, so there is something for Google to rank and something for the customer to read.
Titles, headings, metadata, internal links, image text, and structured data, done during the build rather than bolted on after.
Click-to-call, focused forms, and a clear statement of what happens after someone contacts you.
Keyword strategy, monthly content, link and authority work, rank tracking, and reporting.
Profile management and review workflows come with the monthly plans, not the build.
Not part of any product we sell. Ad budget goes to the platform, not to us.
The mix shifts with the business, but this is the shape that works for a pest control company that needs a foundation rather than a portfolio.
Who you are, what you treat, where you work, why anyone should trust you, and the one next step you want them to take.
Your three highest-value services, each written for the concern that drove the search rather than for the keyword.
Three priority markets with real local context, the right services attached, and a local path to contact.
About, contact, booking, thank-you, or whatever the customer journey actually needs to close the loop.
Need more than ten? Additional service pages, city pages, pest guides, and campaign landing pages are $300 each and can be added at build time or later. Nothing about the structure has to be rebuilt to add them.
The clock begins once we have access, company information, photos, and a decision-maker who can approve pages. Not at signature. That is the honest version, and it is usually the part that slips.
Services, markets, competitors, current pages, content you already have, and where the existing site loses people.
Design system, navigation, homepage, mobile behaviour, and the primary conversion structure everything else inherits.
The nine remaining pages, internal linking, on-page setup, and the copy that answers the five questions.
Mobile testing, form testing, on-page review, your approvals, corrections, and go live.
Built in WordPress using Divi, Elementor, or Gutenberg, alongside your current site rather than on top of it. Your existing website stays up until you approve the new one.
Ownership and hosting are different things, and the vendors who blur them are the ones you cannot leave. Here is the line, stated plainly.
Hosting is $100 per year for build-only clients, and included at no extra cost with any active monthly plan. If you leave, you take the site with you. We hand over the files and the database and help you point the domain. There is no version of this where cancelling costs you your website.
A one-time build, not a subscription you rent your own website through. SEO plans are separate and optional. You can buy the site, host it with us for $100 a year, and never spend another dollar here.
Ten pages with on-page setup included: one homepage, three service pages, three location pages, and three supporting pages. WordPress, mobile-first, built in 30 days, owned by you. Additional pages are $300 each.
Why not $1,000? Because a thousand-dollar website is a template with stock copy, and it gets rebuilt inside two years. Pest control sites from agencies that do this properly generally run $3,500 to $9,500. We are at the bottom of that range and we tell you what is in it. Monthly SEO plans are priced separately.
Matched viewport widths, no favourable cropping. If a comparison needs a trick to look good, it was not much of an improvement.
Screenshot slot 01. Label the company, the page, the viewport width, and the date.
Screenshot slot 02. Same page, same viewport, same crop. Note what changed and why.
These slots are empty because we are not going to fill them with someone else's work or a stock mockup. They go live when a client approves their site for display.
Ten pages cannot cover every pest, every city, every seasonal problem, and every commercial service you sell. It covers the ones worth the most, and leaves room for the rest.
More services, more markets, commercial pages, and the questions your customers keep asking. $300 each, on the structure that already exists.
Keyword strategy, monthly content, profile management, technical maintenance, and rank and lead reporting. Priced separately, starting at $1,000 per month. Local SEO →
The site produces calls. Something has to answer them at 7pm and follow up on the estimate three days later. AI receptionist →
Forms, calls to action, booking paths, and the handoff into follow-up. This is where most sites lose the work they earned.
If the answer here is not enough, ask on the call. We would rather lose a deal than oversell one.
Thirty minutes. We will go through your current site, your priority services and markets, the mobile experience, the page structure, and where visitors are dropping out. You keep the findings either way.
